Nov 12 (Reuters) - Per Aarsleff A/S  PAALb.CO : 
    * Has entered into a cooperation agreement with the real estate company Project Nord P/S who 
has taken over PostNord's property located next to the Copenhagen Central Station 
    * During design period of 1 to 1.5 years, Aarsleff is to provide contracting expertise 
    * Building plans and budgets will be made more specific, and official approvals will be 
prepared 
    * Parties intend to work towards an actual construction contract in a subsequent phase 
    * Total ground area is 39,000 square metres, and the vision is to create a new district with 
commercial buildings and residential properties 
    * Plan is to renovate the protected building from 1912 located at Tietgensgade
